I have been having problems with the GivEnergy app for some time it spent more time off than on,I called Ian (mr solar) he was so helpful he told to make sure my Wi Fi was running on 2.4 ghts it wasn’t it was on 5ghts I changed it to 2.4 Now the app is working again.Thanks again Ian it’s great to know you’re Always there when help is needed

I know I put a negative comments about Mr solar. Well I spoke to Ian and he told me i was using the power from my panels wrong so now he after explaining the issue I have nothing but good things about the solar panels.

After much consideration and investigation, I purchased a 16 panel Givenergy solar system with 9.5Kw battery from Mr Solar. I was very satisfied with the whole process. No 'hard-sell' but plenty of advice and information to ensure you purchased a suitable system. The installation was undertaken in an appropriate reassuring professional manner. If you are considering the installation of a Pv system, I highly recommend Mr Solar, as a company you can rely on to provide a great customer experience, a high standard of service and a quality installation.

I had several Solar quotes from different providers, all appeared over priced in my opinion and some including home visits over several hours with well rehearsed sales pitches, where they just would not leave to pressure for a sale. What initially appealed to me with Mr Solar was the simplicity of the process, no sales pitch, no pressure. Strong advice, clear and simple pricing, followed by polite, clean, professional installation. I can’t fault them!
