I recently had my ASHP and heating system serviced by R A Brown ... VERY impressed with the service provided! The team were professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough in their work. They took the time to explain everything clearly - and let's face it, ASHP's and heating system's are not the easiest of things to understand! I will most definitely be using R A Brown for my ongoing yearly service, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and 'expert' heating engineering company.
Our whole experience with R A Brown has been very positive. From the office communication and excellent customer service, to Dom the engineer who came out to service our Nibe system and replace a sensor. It was obvious from the start that Dom was very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Dom & RA Brown heating services.
I have recently switched from using Mitsubishi to R A Brown for my air source heat pump system and wish I had sooner! The overall service received is far superior. Dom has just completed the first annual check and could not have been more thorough, helpful and respectful of the property.
