Pretty rubbish to be honest. The tech teams, installers and support are good people but the management suck.
I worked for them and they refuse to pay for the work. You should avoid this company. Their poor customers.. no morals what so ever
Requested quote for some work at the end of November and was asked to provide pictures which I did and was then told a quote would be sent over. Nothing arrived so I waited until after the Christmas and new year break to follow up. Emailed and left voicemail but no response so now talking to alternative supply.
January installation went well despite awful weather and very happy with friendly efficient service from whole team. So far producing power even this time of year, nearly completed grid export connection which has also gone smoothly and all my fears about what may go wrong were completely wrong. I would recommend over the top google searches that offer questionable grants.
