An excellent company from start to finish. They have been very professional and communicative throughout. We were fully aware of the specification and what to expect from the start, with no hidden surprises. Fantastic install, the whole team were polite, treated the property with respect and left everything neat and tidy. At the end of the install day they ensured we were fully aware of how to use the system. Now we can't stop watching the app to see how much electricity we are making. The Think Free Solar team have just been back out to install a solar-compatible EV charger at our office, allowing us to take full advantage of charging our vehicles whether we’re at home or at work.As with the original solar and battery installs, the work was carried out to a very high standard. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout, and did an excellent, tidy job — despite working in sub-zero temperatures with snow on the ground.The charger is now fully integrated with our solar setup, giving us maximum flexibility and ensuring we’re making the best possible use of the energy we generate. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Think Free SolarWe had solar and battery systems installed by Think Free Solar at both our home and our office, and the performance has genuinely exceeded expectations.Before going solar, our home energy and fuel costs were around £750 per month, with the office adding a further £200 per month. Since the systems were installed, those costs have been largely eliminated. We’ve also replaced two fossil-fuel cars with an electric van, which is now mostly powered by our own solar, allowing us to use the energy we generate rather than exporting it at low rates.Using real billing data, the systems are now saving us £7,500–£8,500 per year, giving a realistic return on investment of around 4–5 years.
