Not an happy experience with this firm. I first phoned them up and was told they would get back to me and they never did. I again phoned up and arranged an apt. The engineer was here around three quarters of an hour assessing the issue. I then recieved a phone call 3 days later asking me for 80 pounds for the assessment which was not mentioned beforehand. The quote to replace a leaking tap was well over 250 pounds at which point I made it clear I was unhappy and ended the call
I’ve used Premier quite a lot in the past this week they came out to install my en-suite. Perfect job, on time, good price. Would definitely recommend.
My boiler broke in the freezing conditions just before Christmas. Premier gas came out within a week and fitted a new boiler. Was given a date and time and the fitter arrived promptly and kept me informed of what time he would be finished. Received a phonecall to ask if everything had gone to plan a few days later. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
Absolutely made up with the service. New boiler fitted, extra radiators and older pipe work swapped out that the previous owner had self fitted. I originally picked a boiler I wanted but was advised on another that was cheaper and would run my home no issues which was a bonus and showing they was customer focused. The lads arrived when agreed, grafted all day and when they left it’s like they hadn’t been. Floors replaced fully cleaned up. Even fixed the wobbly tap in the bathroom that wasn’t part of the job 😀. I will be a repeat customer 100% and fully recommend this company.
Really happy with the boiler they fitted and workmanship. We had a boiler moved from downstairs to up. They turned up when they were meant to and completed the job as promised. Daniel was very helpful and communication has been excellent. We’re hoping to have underfloor heating in an old house and we’re having constructive discussions on how this can be done, working through problems that old houses throw up, and amending the specification as needed. Very happy and would recommend. Happy to use a local firm!
