Badly let down for weeks. After suffering the consequences of a cowboy builder, I was given every indication, and a quote, that they were willing and able to take on 2 tasks related to addressing defects. First job, did not show up, even after email confirmation, then could not reschedule as their only extractor machine broke which after more than 2 weeks meant I had to get another contractor in who concluded it was be best to leave the 3 year old existing insulation in and to get 'remedial insulation' installed to fill in the voids. I waited weeks for a response with daily promises that techi person would contact me and discuss installation. I have had to put on hold 2 other contractors awaiting the insulation matter to be resolved so that they can finish their work in repairing the build, only to be told weeks later that they were 'declining' finish the job. Appalling customer service. Attempted to file a complaint and told by 'senior' person that she was 'it' and that their decision to 'decline' stands! Why bother to complain? Leaving me totally in the lurch!

Two young men arrived on time..polite and offered to take their shoes off before going round the house. They made sure I understood what they were going to do. They answered my questions. they worked around the house efficiently and courteously and cleaned up as they went . What more can you ask. ? I was extremely impressed with this visit . Incidentally I was a long time manager in NHS and I thought that the selection and training of staff in this company excelled . Also the staff available on the phone answered quickly and were very helpful.

Disappointed that a old dirty stained grill was used in new soffit, could have used the new one provided in the kit

In general there seemed be a lack of communication between the different departments doing the work. Each person coming to carry out work had to go back and clarify want needed to be done. The major issue is the damage that has been caused to my property by the workmen carrying out the ventilation works. To their credit, Connor came to try and repair the damage but decided he wouldn't be able to do it to an acceptable standard and the company have since paid for the repair work. However, no apology and no compensation for the extra time or effort I've had to put in to fixing their mess

Great company throughout the process. They were happy to wait when there were time issues and then once booked in they were prompt, and quick with carrying out the work. James was great installing the insulation. Super communicative and tidy when he was fitting the trickle vents inside the house. Would definitely recommend.

I was referred to them by Octopus Energy for an insulation survey of my house prior to getting a heat pump installed. Well, they couldn’t make an appointment for some weeks, and when the allotted day came along, they didn’t turn up. I got a call the following day saying that their surveyor was ill and could make the following Monday - which I couldn’t. Their next appointment was then more than a month away. Really, I think Octopus should think carefully about sub-contracting to this company as they are pretty incompetent in scheduling - and clearly have no staff available to cover the demand that they are given from Octopus Energy As a result of this - I’ve wasted a month or so waiting on the non-existent survey.
