Energy My Way

Having had very good service from them for 7 years following issues with initial installation and having it serviced with them every year they have taken payment for a service but now will not respond to contact to actually book service. Never had issues before but now having to look at reporting.

EnergyMyWay were recommended to us by a friend who used them and now we'd like to recommend the company to others. We can't praise them highly enough for their excellent service, knowledge and care before, during and after our solar and battery installation. If you're reading this review because you're looking for quotes and advice, don't be tempted by companies that appear cheaper initially but don't take the time to assess your project in full. EnergyMyWay are absolutely thorough in their approach, very approachable, and there's no pressure. They build a detailed knowledge of what's possible for you based on your requirements and your home, and they take their time to ensure your questions are answered and you are happy with your energy investment. This is true value for money. The entire quote, order and installation process has been entirely professional. We knew we were in safe hands with a company we could trust.Furthermore, we have an unusual meter and heating system in our home which has led to problems with our energy supplier. Bruce from EnergyMyWay has been incredible in helping us to reach a resolution so we get the best out of our solar set-up. This company genuinely cares that you're happy with the outcome of their installations in every way.

In 2022, EMW installed a 4.8kWh system on one of our 3 phases on a roof adjacent to our driveway. It was recessed into the tiles as it needed to look really smart. It does. It was such a good job, we've had EMW back this month for two additional installations: 1. to upgrade our original 2011 FIT system with fewer but bigger panels and a new Solis inverter. 2. to install an identical system on our third phase. Both these systems are at the back of the property so are above the roof tiles but the overall look is far better than the original 2011 job. From the discussion phase, to erection and removal of scaffolding, installation and commissioning of the systems, the followup paperwork for MCS and electrical certificates and the total pricing, we have no reason to fault EnergyMyWay.

EnergyMyWay have installed our solar, home battery, heat pump (and completely replaced the entire heating system), and EV car charger. They have been absolutely brilliant, taking the time to answer all our questions and going way out of their way to make sure we were happy. A lot of the tech is completely new to us, but whenever we've had a problem, they've been there straightaway to sort it out. Thoroughly recommended.

Our experience with EnergyMyWay (Oxford) has been awesome! From our initial discussions with Tom who was knowledgeable and very patient with our questions and ultimate change of plan - providing multiple options to us, Bruce who provided clear and understandable technical advice and Steve the scaffolder, the guys who installed the panels and Jack the electrician. The whole team were polite, professional, conscientious and a pleasure to have on site. The install itself is incredibly tidy, looks great and has worked perfectly - providing us with a significantly reduced grid consumption and cheaper bills. I would 100% recommend them and would use them again without any hesitation.

Very good experience from start to finish. Project was delayed due to planning issues (conservation area), but Tom cheerfully provided information on additional sites and layouts until a satisfactory plan was found. Installation went very smoothly and the team was a pleasure to have around. All of my questions, before and after installation, were answered quickly by Tom, Bruce, and Jacob. The panels look good and are operating well. Highly recommend.

Great service from EnergyMyWay installing a 10kWh Libbi to integrate with our PV , Eddi, Mapping setup. The guys were really efficient, friendly and got everything setup, including some firmware updates for the existing system.
