Great company - highly recommended. Four years ago, Green Pulse energy installed our solar panels and batteries. All went well. Great immediate after care service, eg they guided me through how to apply for MCS and the export tariff. Three years later, they patiently supported us over the phone when we thought there was a fault in the system, however it turned out it was a power supply issue in the local area. Thanks Erin. Any minor issue, they are there to guide you through it, such as today when I just needed to change the AA batteries in the solar iBoost sender. If you phoned up most companies on a Friday afternoon at 4:45pm you might not even get your call answered. Big shout out to Paul! Thank you.

Brilliant company; beginning with full information of benefits, drawbacks, "packages", explanation of installation through to completed installation. Really good, the installation went smoothly and so far so good. We had a slight problem when we changed internet suppliers and lost connection to the app. Paul helped me to reconnect and I must say he has the patience of a saint!I really recommend them!

Very good service – fast, professional, and responsive. There were a few minor hiccups, but everything was sorted quickly and efficiently. The electrician even offered to complete the installation on Good Friday, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Good liaison before during and after installation!Follow ups to make sure everything is working to expectations. Which it is our only regret is not putting in a storage battery.

Green Pulse Energy provided a positive experience with the installation of a Tesla EV charger. Jamie conducted a free survey to assess the feasibility of the installation. The pricing was reasonable, comparable to competitors, and involved a payment plan with half due upfront and the other half after the installation. Jonny, the installer, was friendly and patient, answering numerous questions. Overall I was happy with the service and I would consider using their services again.

Very helpful when I needed technical support to reconnect a data logger after a broadband switch. Paul took the time to understand the issue and contacted the supplier multiple times to get a solution that worked and followed up with a courtesy call to make sure everything was connected.

I had a SolarEdge system installed 2.5 years ago by GPE. After the inevitable setup tweaking issues were resolved, I had a system that effectively took me off grid for 10 months of the year and is still on track to pay for itself 5 years after install with 50% of power generated exported to the grid.I recently decided to upgrade the system by adding a second 10KWH battery and an auto switch to run circuits in the event of a power cut.Paul very quickly came to the property, and we agreed his quote. Just a couple of weeks later it was installed.Did it go 100% smoothly, No, but Paul was always on the case, keeping me in the loop and pushing SolarEdge to make the minor admin adjustments so I ended up with a system that operated how I wanted it. A marvellous job done by Paul and Jonathon the installer has left me with a system that works very effectively and I highly recommend GPE.
