Extremely disappointing experience. An emergency plumbing attendance was raised regarding an ongoing kitchen leak and water damage issue which has already been subject to multiple previous inspections and failed diagnoses. I was advised an emergency plumber would attend the same day, so I cancelled work commitments and remained at home from approximately 11am through until 1am awaiting attendance. Nobody attended. No courtesy call was received, no voicemail was left, and no update or rearrangement was provided. Following this, I contacted the out-of-hours service and was informed that AM Norris had allegedly attempted to contact me and left a voicemail. This is categorically untrue. I have no missed calls, no voicemail, and no attendance attempt whatsoever, and have retained my call logs and CCTV footage. The wider issue itself has already involved: * repeated failed inspections, * ongoing water ingress concerns, * and significant inconvenience over a prolonged period. At this stage, the lack of communication, failure to attend an emergency appointment, and conflicting information being provided is completely unacceptable.

Shocking that Bellway use a plumber with bad reviews. Had constant problems with blocked drains and getting the correct report back from the plumber that attended our property. Mostly incorrect,sealed the bath panel and wouldn't admit it.Not the first time we have had a problem with them or their office staff.Steer clear of these cowboys.

I had this company handle all the plumbing works in my new-build home, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The workmanship was shockingly poor. The heating system pipes were connected incorrectly, and even after three visits, they still couldn’t fix the issue. Each engineer seemed unaware of what the previous one had done — one would inspect and confirm a diagnosis, and the next would come in completely clueless and start over again. As a result, I had no heating in the middle of winter for a month. Visible leaks appeared everywhere — bathroom, toilet, sink, the main shut-off valve… and it makes me worry about the areas I can’t see. The bathroom leak took four visits to finally resolve, and while doing so, they managed to damage my flooring, and even broke the bath panel. For a developer to partner with this company for new-build homes is honestly damaging to their own reputation.

Not my stile to leave a review in this way, but when you do a mistake, you apologise and not trying to make it worst showing all your diffrent fingers. If the driver was showing even a second of respect, this review wouldn’t be here. The fact : a male driver in his 30/40, has been on his phone for about two minutes, while I was trying to overtake him ( limited to 56) . He has not been aware a second about what was going on.

We had a major problem with our shower in our new build property and Lucy arranged an emergency plumber and communicated with the shower installer to get it replaced. She was friendly and professional and really helped when we were besides ourselves as water was dripping from the walls and ceilings. Thank you Lucy!
