I received online quotations from several firms but Wright Renewable Heating was the only firm that came out extremely quickly to inspect my property and check my requirements.Their advice was invaluable and, although their quote was not the cheapest, I was impressed with their hands on, friendly and knowledgeable approach.They slotted my installation date in extremely quickly and the boiler was up and running within a few hours of their installation teams arrival.

What a great job. We had a back boiler central heating removed and replaced with combi boiler plus an additional radiator fitted in kitchen. All rubbish was taken away including tanks in the loft. I cannot praise the lads enough they were very efficient and worked really hard all day long. It was a long day to complete but the lads were not phased by it. Very good price for the work would not hesitate to use Wright Renewable Heating again.

Well what can I say, absolutely fabulous company. No heating or water for 2 weeks companies failed me, raised the quote by 2 thousand pound. Wrights came out, lovely salesman not pushy gave me three options. Went for the last option the least expensive quote I’d received, that was on the Thursday by the Monday they were here fitting a new boiler to lovely lads who done a great job. Totally 110% would recommend wrights renewables and I’ll definitely use them in the future. Thank you once again

Great service from a really good company. Engineers were polite and hardworking, New boiler was fitted well, they even went above and beyond by installing a radiator for me and there were no issues. Really clean operation and looked after the property as they worked. Would definitely recommend.

Great service, Chris came out same day as initial enquiry, arranged for new system worcester boiler and cylinder to be fitted next working day. Very pleased with the quick and efficient service, especially in the busy Christmas period. All workers great, would really recommend this company. Chris was particularly helpful.

Professional company that go above and beyond. I'm delighted with the service they provided. Just had a replacement boiler fitted as my old one packed in over the weekend. Called and spoke to Chris who promptly arrived at my property and advised me of the best options. Although it wasn't the cheapest quote the customer service and attention to detail have been second to none - definitely recommend.

Just recently had a new combination boiler and radiators installed by these guys. What a service! Caity and Victoria was amazing! who made everything so easy at a time convenient for me. From the quotation to the install, I’m so glad I went with this company. The engineer did an amazing job in no time at all , plus fixed me my shower that had been broke for a few weeks prior so big thanks to the guys fynn, Luke and Sam. From start to finish the whole process was phenomenal. Chris the surveyor listened to our needs and recommended everything we needed. These folk really did an amazing job. My best friend who lives too far away to do the job is a heating engineer. When I told him what I was having done and the price quoted by Wrights he said bit their arm off. I wasn’t expecting the service I received at such a bargain price. All the engineers were excellent to have around the house for 2 days. Special thanks to Jaimie and the team.

We’ve been having issues with our renewable heat pump for quite a while, trying to contact greener living who installed the system ( badly I might say ) to service & fix the issues, but alas unable to do so . Would have liked to give 5 stars however there were initially problems that though inconvenient to us were overcome. The actual team of on-site installers were very good and professional and returned fairly promptly to fix minor snags. We had a heat pump, water tank and larger radiators installed (we already had solar panels). The system worked well and we were very pleased. However, after a few months we were told they wouldn't be able to service the system as we were now outside their annual servicing range from their depot and we would have to arrange our own annual service. Not good customer service! Unfortunately we decided to downsize and move bungalows 8 months later and had to leave our new system behind. Hopefully Wright's will honour the warranty period for the new owners that they gave for the system when it was installed. I would use them again if we lived closer to them and knew they would be able to service the system for us.See more
