Really happy with the service from Total NRG. They installed two air source heat pumps for us and the whole job went really well. Bryan was very helpful from the start, and Josh and Cam were great — friendly, hardworking and did a very neat job. The aftercare has been really good as well, which is reassuring. It is nice to deal with a company that still supports you after the installation is finished. Would definitely recommend Total NRG.

Clare and Bryan are great. Thats the first thing you should know. We knew that we wanted an air source heat pump and had been recommended Total NRG. They are so personable and knowledgable and helped us through every step of the process included the grant scheme. I can't state how easy it is to like these people and their service. I am 100% satisfied with everything about them and would recommend to anyone. After care with my endless questions has also been awesome. They are hands on and know what they are talking about.
