Volt-Age

I contacted Volt Age for a quote for a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro, sent all the requested information, and received a quote promptly. However, after emailing back with questions several weeks ago and following up twice, I haven’t received any reply. It shouldn't be on the customer to chase up the quote. While other reviews describe a very quick turnaround, my experience was poor communication. I have since looked elsewhere.Company has advised that an email was sent about not taking on any new quotes. No email was sent to me (just double checked). Very strange to send out a new quote on July 29th if they weren’t intending to fulfil them.

My experience with Volt-Age was fantastic, right from the initial phone call with Laura to the detailed site visit with Cameron. As a techie, I particularly appreciated discussing the specifics of the installation with Cameron, the electrician who would be fitting the system. Both he and Laura were incredibly friendly, well-informed, and professional.Although I ultimately chose a different company that could supply both an air source heat pump and solar power more cost-effectively, the customer service at Volt-Age was exceptional. Laura handled my decision to cancel with complete understanding and grace.Even though the installation didn't go ahead, the experience up to that point was 5-star. I would highly recommend Volt-Age as a knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely great company.

From the first enquiry I made to the finished installation, the service was excellent.I received sound advice which I really appreciated as I had no knowledge of EV chargers. After comparing our quote with rough online prices elsewhere, I found Volt-age to be very competitive.The person who came to install the charger was very friendly and able to answer any questions I had.I will definitely recommend this company to other people.

Very satisfied with the new solar system and the KW output has exceeded my expectations.Laura at Volt-Age was very diligent in keeping the project on track and responsive to any questions I had. For the on-site assessment and implementation Cameron proved to be very knowledgeable and made steady progress installing the many components of the system.All the documentation needed to apply for feed-in with my current supplier were supplied very promptly after completion of the project so now looking forward to regaining some of my investment by selling solar energy.Would thoroughly recommend the Volt-Age team to any individual householder looking to embark on a solar journey.

I'm really pleased with the quality of my Zappi and Eddi install. The team were very responsive and we booked in installation quickly. After install service is also excellent and they came out the same day when I had a problem with the Eddi- it was fixed that day.Very good service all round.
