i had a great experience Price was great alot of other company tried to overcharge for same system Service over the phone is great they answer all your questionsThe dno process was really fastThe installers did a really good and tidy job covered and hide the cables everything looks nice and presentableGreat after sales all documents come through fast and they monitor your sistem for any issues after install They have all the certificate for you to sell your energy after having a install from them and they provide with a good warranty So no complains

Unfortunately can't recommend. Process went relatively smoothly pre install and equipment seems very good (once working). However, the installer left without setting up the battery properly, missing connector plugs. Despite repeated chasing for a couple of months after the installation I was mainly just fobbed off. The installer did eventually come back but just fitted one of the two required connectors(!) Eventually I had to resolve this by requesting the required part from the manufacturer and putting it in myself. The system seems to be working well now, however I don't have a lot of confidence I can expect good quality support in future.

We made use of UPS Solar through a scheme organised by our local Council. We were kept informed throughout the whole process, and the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The schedule of all aspects of the process was agreed with us and timetables were kept to. All materials used were first class and their useage was explained to us. I would certainly use this company again and recommend them to others.

The installation and running of the system has been problem free. That might not seem a highly positive review but in fact it means that we have had full satisfaction

I would highly recommend UPS Solar. After the initial inspection they were around extremely quickly and did the whole installation without fuss and very efficiently. Great price as well as being excellent on the customer service front and highly informative with the emails re work done, and aftercare. Very grateful to receive such great service.

Very good and very helpful staff and worked hard when installing the solar panels. They cleaned up after they had finished and they were polite and friendly.
