We installed solar panels and battery storage as part of grant funding from the local authority in early 2026. By the time our application was approved in November 2025 we had just less than 3 months to complete the project. Mark and his team were so helpful and encouraging - they managed the project for us from start to finish within budget and timescales. Their technical knowledge and installation techniques are second to none. They did what they set out in their quotation in a technically professional way but at the same time were considerate to our business users. We had no knowledge of them before we started our search for a partner to work with and they could not have done any more for us. From planning, technical drawings to installation - nothing could have been done any better. One thing that stood out for me was the fact that Mark came back to our site overnight to move the panels which had been delivered earlier that day because he feared they had been left in a place that was not secure. No one could ask for better commitment and consideration to his clients than that. Our entire experience of working with Mark, Callum, Jack and Daniel has been such that we are very happy to recommend them to anyone like us - who are keen to do the right thing in terms of sustainability but need good guidance. They will help you achieve your aims as they have ours. They will continue to look after us and we are confident in their hands.

After a bad experience with a previous Heat Pump Engineer we had poorly installed pipework and several leaks on our system. We called Solar Plus for assistance and have to say a big thank you to Callum and Daniel for the work they did for us last week. They uncovered some really bad work by the previous engineer and put it all right. Throughout, they were polite, totally professional and kept us fully informed throughout the visit. A fantastic couple of guys. Since their visit, all the leaks are fixed, the pipework is unstressed and sealed and the pressure has been maintained - great work. Thank you Solar Plus.

I bought an EV charger in October 2025 and from start to finish, Mark an his Team was a delight to deal with. From order to installing was 5 working days and Cameron who did the installation was both professional and conscientious. He cleaned everything away and the Garage was spotless. Contacted Solar Plus along with 3 other potential installers looking at a combined 6kW and Battery system for an old Victorian house. Dealings with Mark showed him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and driven and over the course of discussing our requirements and reworking the designs the team came twice to assess the house. With an old house roof I was very reassured that age/ difficulty of access and securing the slate were part of their assessment process and decided to go with Mark and the team. Couldn't have been happier with the decision- installation team of Callum, George & Jack were all great guys to have at the house and took late design changes and challenges that the house threw at them in their stride- with the difficulties install took longer than predicted but was all handled by solar plus without complaint. Mark was always available throughout and onsite himself at several points. Approach was definitely to advise and there was no hard sell of any product- am delighted with the system we've got and the service we've had from solar plus and would (and have) recommend(ed) them to others.
