ASK Renewables came to remove our 11year old solar panel system, repair a leak in the roof and refit the system.They were excellent from start to finish, we are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

From the moment of the first call to the completion of the work was a breeze, very knowledgeable, and in my case recommended what i had in mind wasn't really necessary even when it would have meant less money in their pockets. The team installed the system with minimal fuss, left the area clean and tidy, i am more than happy to recommend Ask Renewables, they discussed with me at length and answered my many questions with enthusiasm to and made sure i ended up with something i was happy with and did the job i wanted it to do. This was our second solar install with Ask Renewables. Once again they've been absolutely excellent. We chose them as they did a really careful on site survey with Matt, who took exceptional care to review the location, decide on the best solution, and present us with the right options. We ended up with a very smart Hanchu solar/battery/gateway system. The office team of Karyn and Samantha managed all the essential paperwork really efficiently and were super-quick to answer questions. The install team turned up on time and did a perfect job, with a quick and tidy fit. Even the scaffolding firm they use round us were really nice guys. Ed managed the install from the office and kept us informed throughout. Highly recommend this firm.

After doing a lot of research for having solar panels and batteries fitted we finally settled on ask renewables.Mat came down to access our property and he was the only one to actually look in our loft and access the property thoroughly .All our questions were answered and he spent a lot of time to explain things in detail.He was very thorough and very pleasant we were left to make our own minds up and no pressure was put on us to accept the offer. We also dealt with Sam who was really lovely and answered any emails promptly.The lads who came with the scaffolding were lovely polite and efficient and the instalation was done in a day and was a very neat clean job they tidied up after themselves.I can recommend this company 100% they are 5 star .Thankyou Sam for a great job .
