I had a heat pump, solar & battery installed, initially things went well then soon got worse. The initial solar install went ok as did the heat pump, quality of work was acceptable as was the time taken to complete up to a point, this is where things went wrong. The installer cross threaded one of the countersunk fixings at an obvious angle and broke the bracket for the inverter lower panel which at the time of writing this review, they refuse to acknowledge let alone fix. After countless emails and phone calls, I had to wait over two months for them to finally come back and fit a bathroom towel radiator, when they did it was not the radiator we'd agreed on but a lesser alternative , it then took another few weeks to get the system chemicals injected into the system and then finally fully commissioned.Trying to get any form of after sales support or service is nigh on impossible as it appears that the company policy is to ignore any request from customers once they have your money, both Marc & Karl need to improve basic service and communications to their customers from my personal experience.To this date the snagging noted by Marc has not been completed, nor have there been any attempts made to contact me to arrange for the issues to be fixed. I find it hard to recommend SHS Heating due to their apparent disdain for their customers, there are better installers out there so choose carefully.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They installed my AHSP on behalf of EON after another contractor pulled out. They arrived promptly and worked like trojans to get everything fitted. In the end they took half the planned time. At all times they were friendly, courteous and made sure that I was informed at every step of the way. The workmanship was top notch and they left the place clean and tidy once they were done. Marc even moved the drain and water feed for my washing machine while they were at it.In all, I would thoroughly recommend SHS for any job you have, you absolutely won't regret it - if I could give 6 stars I would.

Outstanding serviceFrom planning to installation the whole process was seamless. Marc & Carl fully detailed the planning process. Extremely professional & knowledgeable about the product with an excellent applaud to customer care. The engineers arrived on schedule. Their manner was excellent, courteous and were so mindful to ensure property was cared for. They carefully took packaging away. On completion of the installation they were so reassuring and indicated the aftercare help available. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company. First rate.

They lost my enquiry and failed to show up to 2 appointments. Order cancelled due to my lack of confidence and basic good manners.

Had our Gazco fire serviced yesterday. Again Terry arrived on time and carried out the work in a first rate way. Previous experience with the company means I ask for him by name. Friendly and professional and is happy to offer advice on minor issues. Leaves the property as he finds it.Overall a very satisfied customer and will use this company again.
