Having made an enquiry Steve arranged to come and have a look. He could not have been more helpful and as it turned out knowledgeable. He looked at the house and options and gave lots of, as it turned out, good advice and good recommendations. We had an acceptable quote and then a mutually agreeable fitting date. The teams turned up on time and could not have been nicer. Scaffolders were careful around the property. The fitting team, Liam and Anthony, again were very professional and neat and tidy. Simon the electrician was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely professional.

We have been thinking about having solar panels installed on our roof and we had a number of quotes provided from plans, but after contacting Duracell, Steve Cameron from HelpinU Solar arranged a site visit and advised too install a battery only solution. HelpinU Solar came and fitted 20kws of batteries and inverter in our garage connecting to our house electrical supply. The installation was extremely neat, very professional and carried out on the date agreed. Throughout everybody was friendly, very helpful and could be contacted at any time. We are very pleased with the whole installation.

My criterion for fitting solar panels was that the company should be local and be able to explain, in layman's terms, how it worked. My first (and last) call was to HelpinU Solar. Steve Cameron visited, explained the procedure and gave an estimated cost for the panels. Within a week I had 8 panels fitted and a smart meter that is only showing the daily standing charge. The fitters were polite, cleaned up as they went along and seemed to be fueled by tea and coffee. They answered every question I asked in layman's terms, and didn't make me feel silly for asking.
