Very good oil boiler service. Service engineer very informative about service and repair contracts with no hard sell. Service documents itemised everything done. Absolutely Brilliant.
Outstanding work. I had an internal leak that we couldn’t identify and it caused considerable damage to the whole of our downstairs. Pro-heating located the leak from a downstairs bathroom and acted really fast to stop the leak and mend the damage done. They provided a whole team of different tradesmen who were all excellent, prompt, professional and polite. Within the work we had new bathroom fixtures, our boiler serviced and our radiators were removed and replaced for the repair which included drying out underfloors, plastering, painting and new floors. A lot of work and all finished to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend this company.
Pro Heating Services are an excellent and reliable company that I thoroughly recommend. We have had a domestic servicing/maintenance contract with them for many years, and are always impressed with their timely reminders when services are due and how quickly they address any issues found. We ported the contract across to our new property when we moved, and had no hesitation in using their services to replace the boiler in our new house too. The office staff are very communicative and efficient; and the team on the road are courteous and tidy.
We have now done 2 bathrooms and changed our oil boiler with Pro Heating Services Ltd. Shaun and the team are excellent from start to finish and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommend.
Pro Heating were very good, Shaun fixed a problem with our boiler that cropped up the day before his visit to do a quote for a replacement boiler. When his quote came in, it was very competitive compared another quote, and we went with Pro-Heating. When it came to the actual installation, Ian and Sam turned up on time, were very good, and everything was done and dusted by mid-afternoon. Highly recommended.
