From first getting in touch with Colum we have received prompt service. In a very thorough Zoom call with Colum we were given all the information about going forward and having solar panels, a battery and EV charger installed. The quote for this system was fair and acceptable.The timing for the work, from erecting the scaffolding, parts arriving and the installation work all went to time. The installation took one day and all the members of the team were polite, thorough and tidy in their work. Colum was quick to follow up any glitches and has been around since then (beginning of December) to answer my queries on using the app!! He also guided me through any paper work with our electric supplier that was needed. We are very happy with the outcome and now look forward to the summer and lots of sunshine.
