Sean was very quick and efficient, I thought it'd take a lot longer to take out the old boiler and install the new one. There was an issue with the boiler we'd been recommended in that the flue didn't fit the current flue exit, but Heatable refunded the £100 we were asked to pay initially to upgrade to a boiler that would.

The planning and the scaffolding installation went well. When the panel installers came they seemed to experience problems both with the scaffolding and the plans as to exactly where the panels would be sited. The guy carrying out the installation was on the phone a long time but (without stopping for lunch) overcame everything by adjusting the position of one or two of the panels. The electricians worked very hard for a full day. they helped my wife and I to download the AlphaESS app. I'm not sure whose job it was to help us understand the information on the app but we did not understand fully and do not understand it fully. I have been in touch with Kian (10 June) from Heatable as initially the app did not appear to be working. It does now appear to be working but we could do with a little help explaining it. Kian sent me an email 4 days ago saying he has requested access to our system to have a look at things but have not heard anything since.So, overall I would say I am happy with the way that the the job was carry out, but this is let down a little bit by the education you need to do for us to fully understand what we have. For instance, it may seem ridiculous to you as experts, but I have no clue what the word 'Load' is referring to on the app.Les Birt

We ordered our boiler via e mail for next day delivery .The next morning the engineer arrived to our home but no boiler, he quickly tried to get in contact with the courier but unable to do so .in a short while the delivery turned up and the engineer swiftly started fitting the new boiler he was very precise and answered any questions we put to him we were very impressed with the quality of service he provided and would happily return to your company should we require in the future .Kind regards.

Really good service from start to finish. Boiler installed a couple of days after I found the one I wanted. Very knowledgeable engineer, found gas issue which was sorted at no extra cost.

Engineer Dean turned up when he said he would, worked rally hard all day and was great, fairly decent price and offered interest free credit , can’t fault the company, 2 days from order to install

Engineer arrived on time everything fitted and place left cleaner than when he arrived. Explained all the controls and operation of system and if i had any problems to give him a call. Brilliant service.

A very good experience and would definitely recommend. Electricians worked all day and kept tidy with minimal disruption. They also explained how it worked at the end and logged me onto app. Turned up at time I was informed and installers for panels took just a couple of hours. Craig was available and helpful for my enquiries. My only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure household are informed of arrival of scaffolders, to move vehicles etc.

Good communication from the Company. The heating engineer Marcos was very friendly, polite and made great effort to leave everything tidy at the end of the work day. He did an excellent job and everything is working perfectly.

The presale arrangement and booking communication was great, but the installation wasn't - the new pipework sprung a leak within a few hours resulting in a soaking floor and having to shut off my mains water for about 12 hours until a new engineer came to fix it the next day (arranged promptly by Heatable).As previous reviewers have mentioned, Heatable sub out the installations, so you're taking a bit of a gamble on how competent your installer is going to be.

Rev for 3 bed house, Viessmann vitodens 100 35kw- Combi. The Gas Engineer John came early and finish entire work within same day. Entire old installation removed very smoothly and new conversion done to highest quality and standard. Heatable offers very high quality thru its entire work. Each time when I've tried to call them they responded on the phone in seconds. The logistic which Heatable is offering thru all the boiler conversion process is outstanding. I strongly recommend them.

At first I thought it was a scam. The price was so much lower than British Gas. I took the plunge and am so thankful to Heatable and their incredible staff, especially the fitter. Did the whole job in a long day. The 15 radiators have never been so hot. Very impressed.

Engineer very knowledgeable and professional. Tidy job upgrading my gas supply pipes and very tidy job fitting my new boiler. Not a straightforward job done with great efficiency and half the price of British Gas.

New boiler required, booked in on the Friday, installed by Wednesday evening. Issues with pressure/ leak on the Thursday afternoon but heatable arranged an engineer within three hours and it was fixed. Better price on a good boiler and installation than BG. Overall positive experience and friendly engineers/ staff.

From start to finish, our experience with Heatable has been 100% positive, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent value and superb service. We started by completing the pre-installation survey, and received some excellent advice from Scott on how to create access to the boiler in readiness to replace the worn-out 20+ year old boiler that came with the house when we moved in. Responses were fast, friendly and helpful, and everything felt really comfortable and so straightforward. On the day of the installation our friendly engineer, Mark, arrived right on time and got straight to work, and the installation was completed efficiently and tidily. Mark ran us through how to operate the new system, as we breathed a sigh of relief and gratitude for the presence of our shiny new Viessmann.Our sincere thanks to Heatable for making the process of fitting a new boiler so easy and stress-free.

I spent months diving into solar solutions, gathering quotes, and talking to so many suppliers. But Heatable? They were in a league of their own. After enquiring around for solar panels and battery for a couple of years, I finally chose bit the bullet and went with Heatable. Their price was competitive considering they can offer great prices on the 12kWh Alpha ESS Smile G3 battery. My 5kW system with micro inverters generates even on cloudy days. Regular updates on G99 application and the handover docs arrived the day after commissioning / payment - thanks Hannah T! The installers, RMD, were incredibly quick and the scaffolding wasn’t around for longer than needed either - all done in less than a week.

A great experience from start to finish. Firstly I liked the clear pricing and options on the website. Speaking to Ruby and her colleagues was always easy and we talked through various potential issues. By the time I put in the order I felt confident that I was getting exactly what was needed. Good product, good price and competent installer who did a tidy job. The negative side is it took a long time from order to install, appointments weren’t kept and comms were at best sporadic with both heatable and their approved installer. It also wasn’t clear that a 3rd party would be involved at time of order.See more
