Sean was very quick and efficient, I thought it'd take a lot longer to take out the old boiler and install the new one. There was an issue with the boiler we'd been recommended in that the flue didn't fit the current flue exit, but Heatable refunded the £100 we were asked to pay initially to upgrade to a boiler that would.

The planning and the scaffolding installation went well. When the panel installers came they seemed to experience problems both with the scaffolding and the plans as to exactly where the panels would be sited. The guy carrying out the installation was on the phone a long time but (without stopping for lunch) overcame everything by adjusting the position of one or two of the panels. The electricians worked very hard for a full day. they helped my wife and I to download the AlphaESS app. I'm not sure whose job it was to help us understand the information on the app but we did not understand fully and do not understand it fully. I have been in touch with Kian (10 June) from Heatable as initially the app did not appear to be working. It does now appear to be working but we could do with a little help explaining it. Kian sent me an email 4 days ago saying he has requested access to our system to have a look at things but have not heard anything since.So, overall I would say I am happy with the way that the the job was carry out, but this is let down a little bit by the education you need to do for us to fully understand what we have. For instance, it may seem ridiculous to you as experts, but I have no clue what the word 'Load' is referring to on the app.Les Birt

We ordered our boiler via e mail for next day delivery .The next morning the engineer arrived to our home but no boiler, he quickly tried to get in contact with the courier but unable to do so .in a short while the delivery turned up and the engineer swiftly started fitting the new boiler he was very precise and answered any questions we put to him we were very impressed with the quality of service he provided and would happily return to your company should we require in the future .Kind regards.

Really good service from start to finish. Boiler installed a couple of days after I found the one I wanted. Very knowledgeable engineer, found gas issue which was sorted at no extra cost.

Engineer Dean turned up when he said he would, worked rally hard all day and was great, fairly decent price and offered interest free credit , can’t fault the company, 2 days from order to install

Engineer arrived on time everything fitted and place left cleaner than when he arrived. Explained all the controls and operation of system and if i had any problems to give him a call. Brilliant service.

A very good experience and would definitely recommend. Electricians worked all day and kept tidy with minimal disruption. They also explained how it worked at the end and logged me onto app. Turned up at time I was informed and installers for panels took just a couple of hours. Craig was available and helpful for my enquiries. My only recommendation for improvement would be to ensure household are informed of arrival of scaffolders, to move vehicles etc.
