We hired Neil to work on a complex heating system, and the result is excellent. He demonstrated strong technical expertise and true professionalism, providing effective solutions in what was not a straightforward situation. The work was carried out carefully, efficiently and to a high standard. Very good communication as well: reliable, punctual and attentive. We would highly recommend him.
Neil and his team fitted our boiler and system ten years ago and have completed annual maintenance every year since. We’ve just had it maintained but installation was thorough and maintenance has been minimal. The system has been great value and given us economic heating and hot water.
NCC did a superb job replacing and upgrading our boiler, hot water, and heating system. Their work from start to finish was excellent - they really listened to what we wanted in the consultation phase, and delivered exactly what was promised with a quick turnaround. They were also incredibly helpful with talking us through how the new system works and any questions or thoughts we had about further upgrades to eg. radiators or bathroom etc.. Overall, really highly recommended, with top notch quality of communication and workmanship.
Neil put in our underfloor heating and air source heat pump. We are self builders, he was very patient waiting for us to get to the correct stage for him. He offered advice along the way. Would recommend Neil to anyone. Our build is toasty!!
NCC installed a new gas boiler and new radiators and did a fantastic job for us. I was delighted with both the speed and quality of the work and the system is working very well
