Would recommend this companyNo pressure from the salesman who was friendly and informative. Plenty of emails to keep us informed of the process. The installation team worked seamlessly, were knowledgeable and were respectful of our property. The scaffolders were given incorrect information but worked around the problem. All in all a positive experience.

I have never met such a friendly and polite bunch of guys. From scaffold erectors to installers. Explaining everything that they were doing. To installing the app on my phone. Explaining how the app works. Cleaned all there mess up and took it away with them.would definitely recommend.

The whole experience was first class from initial visit to completion. It was also very quick. Installed within 2 weeks. Every part was well organised and completely professional from scaffolding to the day of installation. Follow up calls were frequent but not annoying. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend to anyone.

Project solar are an excellent company and especially Helal Ali our surveyor from start to finish during the installation of my solar panels and battery storage he and they were consistently helpful, readily available to address questions, Helal Ali was always on hand to provide further assistance. The workforce was clean, tidy, polite, and highly professional. I would strongly recommend their services !

It is a dreadful pity that I've had to give the overall experience 1 star. After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing over the price which I won't bother going into here - the installation itself went ahead with only minor technical issues over cables etc, which was unfortunate but cannot be counted as Project Solar's fault.No, sadly, it has been the scaffolding company sub-contracted by PS who have caused so much damage to our roof with broken and chipped roof tiles and a damaged rafter whilst putting up the scaffolding, then failed to repair properly before taking the scaffolding down. It has been almost a month now since the installation and we were effectively 'Held to Ransom' over making our final payment because of requiring the Official Documentation to send to Octopus (our electricity supplier) so that we can be paid for excess Kwh being sent into the National Grid. The certificates were delayed by over 2 weeks because we refused to pay the balance until the roof was watertight. The scaffolders were made to return by PS, but STILL did not replace the chipped tiles (which as everybody knows will just freeze and crack the first frost we get now that the surface is not intact) Of course, we had to pay the final balance and, in doing so, all hope of our roof being repaired went up in smoke. After a whole week of phone calls to various members of PS's team, all of whom are not forthcoming with either their surnames or specific company email addresses, the scaffolding man returned again today and now totally denies having damaged the rafter causing a huge dip in the tiles. Anyway folks here's my final advice: if you DO choose Project Solar- ensure you have photographed every inch of your roof before the scaffolders touch it. If you aren't the kind of people (as indeed we aren't) who make a hobby out of taking regular photographs of you roof for posterity then you'll be left in the same position as we are --- not having photographic evidence of 'Before' and 'After' your installation. I know that PS's reply will naturally be along the lines of "it was all the scaffolder's fault and we've tried out level best to make then put it right bla, bla, bla" but in the Final Analysis: PS MUST ACCEPT total and overall responsibility for their sub-contractors actions! We have no knowledge of who they were and had no contractual agreement with them. After today's Fiasco with the scaffolding man's denial of responsibility, PS should forget about trying to get them to repair the roof and just send a reliable Roofing Company out to sort it out before the rain ingress completely ruins our brand new kitchen underneath. But Hey-Ho, we KNOW that will never happen now that PS have their money.

Project Solar has carried out excellent job at my property from start to end and on time as they promised. Installers were very professionals and carried out a grate job. I started saving money from electricity from the day one. Many thanks to Project Solar Management and team. John Dsa

I would recommend project solar to everyone, the call centre team are amazing (Shout out to Fahima and Maxwell), who are both very helpful and professional. The installation team were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up as they went. I found project solars equipment to be very good quality, value for money and as soon as it was switched on, I started saving money straight away.

I Thoroughly recommend Project Solar UK. Whilst I was initially concerned that they could install within a few weeks after the salesman visit (I was always led to believe if companies don’t have a long wait time, they’re not very busy/popular), I was proved wrong! The company is very big, very popular and very efficient. Communications have been very good and very regular. The salesman was fully prepared and had researched our house. The calculations are very specific to your needs (style of house, energy consumption etc) and are comprehensive and detailed. The salesman did stay a lot longer than we’d been told, but he was extremely knowledgeable and professional and capable of asking the many questions I had. Installation happened very quickly after I agreed to go ahead and the team (albeit they were 1.5 hrs early, so caught us off-guard/unprepared) were efficient, tidy, professional and polite. They all worked hard. Despite a last minute layout change (which meant we’d cleared the loft unnecessarily, and then had to clear the garage super-quickly), the installation went very smoothly and the standard of workmanship was excellent. The internal layout of infrastructure and cabling is really neat. All three men (two panel installers and an electrician) clearly had lots of experience and knowledge and had pride in their work. They were very helpful in explaining how everything worked and how to use the App after installation. I only had the installation yesterday but I have already had two follow-up calls to check everything is working, we’re happy with everything, and we know the next steps re registering our system, and we can already see that we are sending power back to the grid.All the paperwork is very detailed, so it can seem overwhelming, but there’s no pressure, and you can ask as many questions as you need to. Having the finance option (I didn’t use it) also means that it’s affordable. Project Solar UK show a professional work ethic and great customer care. As quotations are free, I recommend you book a sales visit to find out for yourself - I wish I had done it years ago!Suzi L-P

All personnel connected to my installation kept me informed what was to happen and well manerd all timings were on time. Very efficient

Great company. Customer service is best there is. Products are best on the market and their communication and care for the customer is best I've ever seen. Well worth the little extra money.
