This is a company that takes real pride in it's work and everyone we met, both office staff and the installers were careful, prompt, tidy, friendly and competent.The job turned out to be bigger than first anticipated but they dealt with this with grace and good humour. We feel like we have gained friends.

I had been looking for ages for an installer who could do everything I wanted in one integrated installation, Solar, battery storage, hot water heating storage battery and infra red FAR panels, that when complete, could get me as close as possible to an overall net zero and able me to get rid of my gas supply in my home.Northern Renewables proved to be the ideal provider, knowledgeable, keen to help and rise to the challenge of a tough installation. Boy did they succeed. An excellent job well done, happy to recommend.

I was very impressed by the level of care that was taken by the team that fitted our new inverters and battery storage. We already had PV panels and were 10 years into a feed in tariff (FIT) which we didn't want to compromise with a new storage installation. The Northern Renewable electrician went to great lengths to ensure that the installation was FIT compliant and even changed some key components on the day of the installation. All of the required documentation was provided on completion and our FIT status has been retained.

We live an all electric passive house and the team from the Centre completed the installation of 20 solar panels and an 18kWh battery system a week ago. Since then in overcast, miserable conditions for May we have been off grid, generating and storing the 20+ kWhs a day we need to power up the house and its systems.It took some time to research and contact a number of firms before we came across the showroom on Redcar promenade where the latest renewable technologies were on show and knowledgeable, friendly staff were available to go through options and subsequently visit our site and design a range of alternative systems to meet our needs. Site visits from a highly experienced engineer are a must and to rely on Google Earth photos is not enough.The firm handled the application for a G99 certificate successfully and their contracted scaffolders and subsequently the installation team were efficient, explained everything they were doing and made the whole exercise enjoyable and informative for my wife and I. They were particularly careful to check that cable runs were as discrete as possible. Everyone from the office and sales staff to fitters and engineers and apprentice were a pleasure to meet and work with.We would thoroughly recommend the Northern Renewable Centre.

The team were very informative about the process, no pressure and answered all questions. From the moment the team arrived on site to finishing they were always polite, tidy and kept us up to date with what was happening. The installation took longer then anticipated but due to poor weather. Great job by all.

We were given a very informative introduction to what was available. Everything was explained clearly. Our questions were answered and we felt reassured that this is an excellent company, registered with all the trade quality standards and employing a professionally well trained and competent workforce. We were confident to proceed with Northern Renewables. The installation went smoothly. All timings and deadlines were adhered to. The installers were polite, considerate and very tidy. We were given excellent after sales service and are happy with our solar panel and battery system.

Staff were very helpful ..finance arrangements less so as best offer not available to over seventy fives…..should have been made clear earlier as should survey result before agreeing date for installation..but job well done by installing colleagues..

We have just had our solar panels and battery fitted today. Excellent service from start to finish, they made us so welcome in the showroom where they explain everything in detail. The installation team were very friendly, from the scaffolders, roofers and electricians. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and we had the App installed, demonstrating how it works. They put everything back in its place and left it spotlessly clean and tidy. We received a few quotes before hand but decided to use the local company who’s quote was very competitive.
