they let them self into my building nocked on my door an said there was a fault with meter. and told me an engineer would be out to fix the meter. i had only just moved into address an engineer came out i let them in to fix it. i had not signed up to them or heard of them.the engineer left with out saying anything. they had fitted a pay as you go meter. i called them they told me on the phone i had called them to subscribe i reminded the lady on phone they say they record calls all of a sudden she told me there would be no switching company charge they also did not put a batterie in there payment box thing so leki went off i lost a full freezer of food, they also left so fast no one explained how to use the thing they had not put a batterie in the box. i presumed they where something to do with the housing association. i was literally Cond. what do i do about it .
EvoEnergy installed solar panels at my property in 2010. I am now selling my property and need an MCS certificate to verify that the installation is structurally sound. It was EvoEnergy's responsibility to send this certificate within ten days of the installation being completed - they did not. I have emailed the company three times to request assistance and have only received computer generated responses saying they will contact me within two days - they have not. It is clear that they do not care about their previous clients and are not interested in providing any sort of customer service - even to address their own failings. What a grubby company this has become.
Don’t touch with a barge pole. Knocked on door re quote, half way through taking our details said both of us had to be present when quote done. I said no, forget it, as we’d already had a price quoted from local co & I hate that attitude, & to remove number. Since then had half dozen calls trying to quote & they will not remove our number. Blocked calls but next time it’s just a different one. Evo, why do you think harassment works as a way to sell? I wouldn’t touch you now if you were the last supplier available.
Rang time and time again about an issue, constantly passed from one person to another , each person as clueless as the other. They are horrific and they should not be allowed to continue this way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. GET ANOTHER SUPPLIER.
Bad,I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!I have called up numerous times regarding a bill each time I called they don't know what the previous employee has said. I have repeated myself about 5 times now. One time I was told to send an email with a photo of the bill , the other time they're telling me to do it again. This company clearly doesn't have a good system or lazy workers that can't update customers files.
The whole experience has been a joy from start to finish: a team of the loveliest people one could ever meet who I now consider honorary members of my family welcome to drop in for a cuppa and a chat any time. Real people warm and human. Excellent communication skills - all my concerns were addressed and the bespoke design fully met my needs. Beautiful product, really ingenious. Superfast workers - blink and you'd miss them - installation 2 days. I went out for an hour or so to let them get on with it when they arrived and was amazed that 4 sets of new windows were in place on my return. And one of the guys came up with an ingenious solution to replace my interior window ledge with a run of shelving. These people really know what they are doing. And talk about "going the extra mile" one drives down from Norfolk !!! I cannot praise them highly enough. There are a couple of tiny things to address, but nothing I cannot handle and nothing in comparison to the superb job they have done. Absolutely the best. Infinitely grateful.AB, Streatham
Booked for a boiler service and for the second time in a month a no show. No phone call nothing. Would never use them again. Totally unprofessional
Our panels were fitted nearly 10 years and are going fine but six months ago the meter failed. It was still under guarantee (parts not labour - £162 to pay) and EvoEnergy explained that they no longer fit individual households but when their team was in the area ours could be replaced. The other option was they were getting a local company to do it sooner. After about a month they gave us three days warning that someone would come but we were on holiday and just manged to cancel it in time. The months went by and we have had another date, but they cancelled at short notice. The last contact from them was two weeks ago, they said they are having difficulty finding someone local to do itIt is clear that individuals (not companies) are no longer their customer base and we seem to have been neglected. It is always disappointing when a company does the upfront fitting but when there is a problem under guarantee leaves you high and dry.
New Year’s Eve. Just had an electrical fire on the generating side of our PV system Got through to an Evo Energy engineer who talked through the firemen on making it safe. They were full of praise and so am I. Especially as we don’t even hold a service contract with them! We were trying to reach Evo Energy Solutions, got an ansaphone and my wife found a ‘different number’ on line! It appears we probably have a contract with a scam company. I wish it was with Evo Energy. Superb!!!
An ever helpful OM-Senior Sales Manager at the company, Alison Henshaw sorted out everything regarding a recent leak through broken tiles under the solar panels evoenergy fitted on our roof in 2012. As the roofing engineers could not assess when the damage to the roof occurred the cost of repair was waived and we didn't have to pay anything, despite the warranty period of five years had expired long ago. We are very impressed with the professionalism of all the evoenergy personnel who dealt with our problem. Their responses have been courtious and swift. Our experience with our contacts with the Company Head Office in Nottingham has been excellent. There is always some one to speak to whenever we make a telephone call - no need to wait to be redirected to other departments as with so many companies (e.g. British Gas) these days. Also we are very impressed by prompt replies to our many email correspondence with Alison Henshaw.
