Egensys recently installed a Tesla Powerwall battery & the whole process from initial contact to installation & commissioning has been first class! Matt Baxter installed my heat pump & solar panels more than 10 years ago & both have worked perfectly since. I can personally recommend Egensys, Matt & all the team. UPDATE: The Tesla battery above was installed Nov 24 and has worked perfectly. I have just had Egensys back to install a further 8kW Solar Panels & connected in my Tesla. Another great job! We have had all our renewables from Egensys for 11 years now & it has all worked faultlessly. Amazingly, at 8am this Spring morning there was a ground frost, the sun was shining & the new solar was already generating 2kW of lovely free energy 🙂 Many thanks once again Matt, Alex & all the team.

Egensys are a local company to me and I have dealt with the company twice in the last 5 years related to the sale and installation of a solar battery storage system. I found their pricing competitive when comparing their quotations to other suppliers and installers so I booked Egensys 5 years ago to supply and fit my first battery storage system. From day one the team have been great, the installation was carried out very quickly and professionally. Support has been grade 1 with fast response to any questions or queries over the phone or in response to emails. In January 2026 Following the installation of an Air source heat pump by Octopus 12 months earlier I Contacted Egensys again to discuss an issue with my system and potentially upgrading or replacing my original system as it no longer met my storage requirements. After discussions with the team and due to the support and Service received from the team at Egensys over the last 5 years I was very happy to place an order with them to install a more modern and upto date SigEnergy system. Again the communications were great and the installation of the new and decommissioning of the old systems went ahead smoothly. It’s been a pleasure doing business with the company I have no issue recommending Egensys Ltd.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The Powerwall 3 installation was smooth, tidy and stress-free. Josh was fantastic — super professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice to deal with (and yes, the coffee didn’t go to waste ☕😄). Everything was explained clearly and the quality of work was top-notch. I’m genuinely mega happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Will definitely be back in the future for solar panels!
