I’m extremely happy with the work from the team from start to finish on my project. The whole team was professional, attentive, and communicated clearly throughout the process. Their attention to detail was excellent, and the handover at the end was thorough and well organised. A great experience overall—I would highly recommend them.
Disappointed in everything about this company is an understatement. Unfortunately for us and I sm sure many others that they were the ones that did the instalation of the system on our new build. Cant even get a quote from them for additional panels or a solar battery.

We are extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we have received from Envirolec Smart Energy Solution. After our initial phone call, during which we clearly explained that our solar panels were not functioning, we were told that the project manager would handle the issue. Unfortunately, since that call, the project manager has been completely unavailable and never followed up with us as promised. We have contacted the service number multiple times seeking assistance, only to be informed that the project manager—who appears to be the sole person responsible for handling faults and defaults—is no longer reachable. As a result, we have been left without any updates, support, or solutions. To date, our solar panels are still not functioning, and we feel ignored and let down as customers. This lack of communication, accountability, and after-sales support is unacceptable and has caused us significant frustration.
