Our experience with this company has been disappointing. The initial installation was poorly executed — wiring was left exposed and unsightly, completely different from what was agreed during the pre-install visit. We were also incorrectly told by the roofer that the cables couldn’t go into the loft, which turned out to be untrue.To their credit, a different electrician was sent out and did a much better job correcting the wiring. However, the process of fixing the poor initial work has left holes in our external render, which we’ll now have to repair ourselves. I raised this with the company, but my email was ignored.To make matters worse, the original roofer returned and was defensive and unprofessional in his attitude — not what you want after already feeling let down.Although the final setup is acceptable, the experience was stressful, time-consuming, and avoidable. The inconsistent quality of workmanship and poor communication mean we wouldn’t feel confident recommending this company based on our experience.

From the first meeting with Luke to the fitting of the system I’ve got nothing but praise for the whole team at Everyone’s energy.The speed in which it all happened took me by surprise and all the contractors involved were very professional when working on my property.Special thanks to Luke who started the ball rolling, thanks also to Madison, Danielle and Bradley who all played a part in making the supply and fitting of the system run smoothly.

Sometimes the measure of a company are when things go wrong and how they jump on the issues to resolve. Unfortunately that happened but once the problem was identified , senior management were all over it to ensure a satisfied customer and a good outcome. I can recommend these guys to get the job done and go the extra mile if needed!

Appalling customer services, terrible communications and unresponsive to telephone calls, emails or WhatsApp messages. Expensive too compared to their competitors, I suggest that you avoid based on my experiences

Efficient and friendly service from initial survey through to system commissioning and certification. Everyone involved was knowledgeable and helpful. Our metal roof and battery location presented some unusual challenges but, overall, very pleased with the end result.

Everyone’s Energy was the installer chosen when we applied for the Solar Together Essex scheme. We are very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of everyone involved. Everything from our initial contact through to the survey, proposal and installation was a breeze. We were kept informed every step of the way and everything was arranged quickly and efficiently. Everyone we encountered was friendly and had an excellent knowledge of the products and the process. The quality of the installation is excellent and at a very competitive price too. Highly recommended.

Had 12 panels and a 10kw battery system installed by Everyone's Energy on the 6th March 2025. From the initial meeting and survey with Theo and a colleague, to the implementation on the day, and the post implementation support from Brad, they have been exceptional. Dealt with all my questions and any issues quickly. The system has worked perfectly since then and after nearly 3 months of usage have net paid absolutely nothing for my Electricity. Couldn't have asked for a better service or result at a very competitive price. Thank you.

I really dont know where to start but from the first conversation I had with Danielle, Theo, Finn, Max, Spence, Scaffolders, caring out the survey to the full install from start to finish. I very highly reccommend Everyone's Energy. I felt at ease with zero pressure, no sales pitching, just polite, professional, attentive to my needs, very detailed and attentive to detail, beautifully fitted Solar, Battery, Wiring and clean-up.I must give a very well deserved thanks to Theo, Danielle, Maddy, Finn, Spence, Max, Roofers, Scaffolders for a very smooth install and excellent work completion. As I know how fussy I can be I must say its a easy and well deserved 5 stars for all round excellence in all areas.Whoever you are thinking of a full solar install, think Theo, Think Spence, Danielle, Max. They made everything all worth it with the entire process. I started to generate my own electricity from the second it went live.

Everything went like clockwork with the full installation. All the materials and contractors always arrived as I had been informed. The system works great - especially in this glorious May weather!!!

Good communications throughout the quotation to install process. Helpful with answering questions. All work done as per schedule to time. Proffesional installation team and batteries and inverter working well.
