We chose Ecoinstaller to install our Air Source Heat Pump in December 2023. We chose them because they were able to give us a solution for a non-standard installation that Octopus was unable to provide. They were professional and worked with us to provide a very efficient system with which we are very happy. They also provide a thorough annual service. The staff in the office are helpful and courteous.

When the ASHP was installed the company worked very efficiently and this followed good assessment of the heating system.This was in November 2018 but we moved out on November 2023 and we miss the efficient system.

Arrived on time and did service efficiently, paying attention to detail and explaining and showing me how the system was holding up. Couldn't expect more.

We are now three years down the line and all is working fine. We use the company for our ASHP annual service and Chris, their servcing manager, is happy to give advice and answer questions whilst here - also we can contact him by phone with any queries for free.

I've used Eco Installer to service and repair two different ASHP systems. They are competent, their staff are knowledgeable, and the service on all occasions was excellent. I would recommend them.

Our situation was probably a bit more complicated than some in that we didn’t have space to put the outdoor heat pump unit directly outside our house, and our indoor space needed rearranging too. We also wanted to have some cooling ability from the system, to ease summer heatwaves. Eco Installer worked with us tirelessly to find a solution and took a great deal of time and care to look into our suggestions and put forward ideas of their own. The team who came to do the installation were quick, friendly and efficient – very easy to have around – and we were kept informed throughout about dates and timing. The whole thing was completed quite quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eco Installer to anyone looking to have a heat pump installed.

Following a phone call follow up today, I understand our engineer let you know during a visit in December we would be in touch with a price for a new part. December is our busiest time of the year, and unfortunately this was overlooked. To date, I can't see that you had followed up on your estimate. Looking into this further, I can see that we didn't install your rainwater system and we were not aware of the original supplier at the time and we had difficulties trying to locate a direct replacement valve, we reached out to the manufacturer who did not assist with our request for support. Apologies we are unable to help.

The engineer was on time, very efficient, clean and tidy.

The whole team were professional from start to finish. We love our Airsource pump and they did a great job on the bathrooms as well.Highly recommended.

Very engaged, competent and professional.We had an aging combi boiler system replaced with an air-sourced heat pump, radiator upgrades, and HeatGeek mini-store. The team from Eco Installer were great from the earliest conversations with various options and products explored, site visits, arrangement of EPC, MCAS and BUS grant, and a thorough installation and commissioning process.

Eco Installer put in a new air heat pump system for us. We also had our radiators replaced to be compatible with the new system. Eco Installer provided a professional service and kept the inevitable disruption to a minimum. The new system has worked well, keeping us warm all winter.

The team were really responsive and designed and implemented the installation according to our wishes. We now have a 30 panel system and battery that should see us right for many years. Good job all!

Arrived on time and conducted a reasonable service of my ASHP. However, not quite so good with the solar thermal as he didn't have the right tools to top it up.
