Nice and easy! Bridget was helpful and informative from the outset, providing information and explaining plainly what was offered and without upselling in the slightest. After answering some questions and providing pictures of the location, electrics etc. Take charge were able to offer installation dates within a day or two! All was installed within a week and the engineer who installed was quick, efficient and respectful of our lack of knowledge of where to install the charger and not fazed by the building work going on at my house. Install was done in a couple of hours. Happy customer!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Providing photos and quotation process was seamless, Bridget was able to answer all my questions as well as provide a helpful no-nonsense guide on all the EV charge points available. Our charge point needed a convoluted route to the meter but you would never know that given how well Rob has installed it.
