I've been using Earth Inspired for the last 3 years to do our boiler and ASHP servicing and they've always done a good job. Recently when our boiler stopped working, I was impressed that Danny called me back within 10 minutes, kept in constant communication, and managed to fit me in same day. He also got the engineer to help us trouble shoot the problem, which allowed us to use the boiler while we waited for Brian to come out. He managed to figure out what the problem was, and we were back up and running in no time. The service from both Danny and Brian was excellent! I'm still well impressed! I highly recommend Earth Inspired :-)
Since being introduced to Earth Inspired it is very difficult to go anywhere else. They have a friendly and professional approach and have treated our pharmacy premises like it’s their own! Only one phone call is all it takes and they have a vast network of plumbers who can attend, which is backed by a great office support team. Absolutely outstanding service from Inspire Green, from the surveying and quoting, the the install engineers and all the way through to the handover and aftercare of our EV chargers, such a smooth and easy process with any issues dealt with promptly and effectively, the end result of the EV install is stunning, if you ae looking into renewable energy solutions i would recommend giving them a call.
We had a very good experience working with Earth Inspired. From the outset the engineers were engaged with making a system that suited our needs and were responsive and thoughtful during the design and specification. The plumbers were neat, tidy and considerate, and cleaned up after themselves as they went along. There has not been much in the way of teething problems - what there has been was very quickly dealt with. Telephone contact has been immediate and helpful.
