Fantastic service from the team.The panels have been working well and am extremley satisifed withthe outcome.HERES THE ISSUE - I tried calling them today as I was needing some certificates and wanted to buy an extra battery.Seems as though they have gone bust and cant get hold of them. The Solar Panel market does seem to be full of quite a few rogue traders

I had my solar panels fit in on 25th of April 2024 and currently functioning well so far. I did not get the DNO/G98 certificate which a certificate requires applying to the National Grid by the installer and send back to me. I tried different ways to get hold of one of the company's representative via emails, that bounced back, and calls which didn't not go through. I managed to apply myself to the Grid but again I faced with another challenge of needing a Battery Schematics from the installer(DSF company) to apply for the SEG to my energy supplier.Now I do not know who I need to call to resolve this issue and who is going to sort out if the system goes faulty.

Emails bounce and phones aren't answered. Must have gone under :(Got my setup installed but it doesn't work properly and no idea how to get support now!

Not answering phone calls. Appear to probably have ceased trading?

I have just tried to get hold of them as have a partial installation and they have my money. Emails returned undelivered, phone not answered as went to an engaged tone etc. Will explore other options as they appear to still be operational, if only in name on Companies House. I have done a bit of digging through the web etc and do not hold out much hope, so contacted my credit company and have started a Section 75 for recovery of some funds against DFS Solar

Looks as though they have ceased trading at least under their current guise.Day after install and payment they moved offices.Will not answer calls or emails.At least we got it installed.

DFS are not reachable anymore!! Emails and phone calls remain unanswered. I paid deposit in Feb and still awaiting installation. I'd urge customers like me to be cautious if they are planning to use them!

Absolutely Brilliant Company. Did absolutely everything right for us including locating the right solar panels (which were not easy to get hold of) and fitting our system exactly how we wanted it . All the team were fantastic from start to finish. Initial discussions with Alan Shield to in depth organization from Brad Williamson to the whole fitting team and roofer.The system is absolutely saving us a fortune in electric costs so far …I can definitely recommend this company . ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The Dual Fuel Team explained the best possible solution for our 3-bedroom house. 6 Solar Panels on west west-facing roof & 4 on the east-facing. The Installation was straightforward, with the team advising on the location of the inverter and batteries. The system is running well and we are exporting energy to the grid, using Octopus Energy Outgoing 12M fixed and Agile import (download of cheap electricity (off peak) Very happy with the service from Dual Fuel. the reason it's not 5 stars, there was a delay in installing the bird protection.

After getting many quotes for a few local companies and nationals I decided to go with DFS, their quote was competitive, and they had good reviews. The work has now been completed and I am very pleased with the results, the team were patient whilst I made amendments to the order and Chris did a neat job fitting all the wiring and equipment under my stairs, I would highly recommend DFS.
