Just had carbon saving group round to fit solar very happy all the team were friendly Tom the surveyor explained everything we needed to know , help us pick the right system , there were so many to chose from, the installers were all great finished on time and in the rain thanks guys great team work would highly recommend.

This process was really easy as Sunny was very helpful and explained everything so as I could understand. Sunny is very informative and considerate with my non existent computer skills. Thank you.

very poor after sales. System doesn`t even do my hot water. I wasn`t shown how it works. Only got a few texts when i asked about it. Waste of money was actually June 23 just given up with the whole thing

I had carbon saving group to extract my fibre wall insulation. My whole experience with the company has been exemplary from start to finish. They sent someone around really quickly to assess the job and give me a quote and it was all done within 6/7 weeks.Very professional people.

Although I haven't yet decided whether to have solar oanels installed, I found Callum to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me several options to consider, showed me all the configurations and also advised me about my electricity tariff. I would recommend anyone to have a chat with him if you are considering this sort of system. Absolutely no pressure to buy and will only follow up if asked to do so, so no unwanted calls.

From the outset, James was very helpful in guiding me through my requirements in a heat pump hot water system. My old system completely failed and cold showers exacerbated by health problems. The team prioritised my solar rebate (a big shout-out to James who got the ball rolling) and installation. The new system was installed by friendly qualified tradesmen. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and my old bones are very grateful for the rapid response.

Although we didn't end up proceeding with the quotation, we were really impressed by Callum during his visit. He was thorough and spent a lot of time talking us through the plans and options available.

Contacted Carbon Zero to get a quote on loft insulation and Callum came to do a survey. He kept me informed about his time of arrival and was highly professional, but still very personable, during his entire visit. He explained everything in plain English without any techno babble and advised without being in the slightest bit pushy.I got a quote during his visit and he was quick to answer questions in the days afterwards as and when they came up.All in all, a total pleasure to deal withHow refreshing!

I found everyone that I had contact with at Carbon Saving Group to be very friendly & helpful. There was no hard sell & they answered my questions in a way that I could understand.The team that came to install the solar panels were efficient & appear to have done a good job. They were tidy & cleared up after they had finished the work.

First contact was when Chris followed up on my request to get in touch with me. Chris Paulson. Customer Serv. Rep. Chris spoke about the unit, the rebates you could get, and the installation. Very knowledgeable about his product. As well as being a thorough gentleman.Then I had Luke Sutcliffe and Sean Griffiths they installed my unit. lovely guys. and lastly Hannah Ferraro in accounts section. all very professional . As i have stated could not be happier with the whole job.

Last evening, a young man called Callum Kerr called in at my house as he was doing a leaflet drop around the village. He was extremely personable and fully explained to me and my friend all the different renewables options. It’s the first time that anyone has discussed this with me in a totally unbiased way, and I really felt I could trust what he was saying. I shall definitely be following up in the near future when I’ve done some financial arithmetic. Thank you Callum, and sorry we asked so many questions!

Carbon Saving Group Ltd designed and fitted a solar panel system on my new built property. The system is fantastically effective and with the excellent workmanship a perfectly stunning finish.I cannot fault the installation and helpfulness of this Company and its employees throughout the whole process.
