Andy was asked to investigate a noise coming from an unvented hot water cylinder. My Mum had an agreement with British Gas, but after numerous services, they never seemed to know what to do with the UVHWC. Andy diagnosed and pretty much fixed it on first visit, but he did recommend changing a non-return valve. So, he came back a few days later to fix that and also to fit some TRVs to the towel rails. All done and all issues gone. Looks like BG are getting the boot for future servicing. Definitely recommend Andy and not BG.
Friendly, great work quality and fairly priced. Andy was a pleasure to have around and did all that we asked as well as looking at an additional issue for us without complaint. Would highly recommend his services.
