The extractor was installed but not connected to ventilation — completely non-functional, the air circulates back. I was given an upfront quote for hob connecting, but only afterward told grounding would be “next time” and charged separately. He never gave a quote or returned. A socket he left in place later burned out due to his poor work, and he blamed it on an extension lead. Then offered to replace it for £85 + VAT... a joke.\\n\\nThis job was supposed to be safe and properly completed from the start, but he walked away with zero accountability and left me at risk. Would not recommend.\
