AJ Taylor installed 6 solar panels and a Tesla battery to our home. They were extremely efficient in carrying out this work, both at office and installer level. Communications were excellent and very customer focussed. The installation was completed on schedule. Very good post completion suport. Particularly helpful was their guidance throughout the process- essential for anyone like us who has limited knowledge of what is/ is not needed for optimum performance.

Project was replacing storage heaters with electric wi-fi controlled radiators and re-wiring fuse box. Great service throughout with very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Everything was done on-time and on-budget. Highly recommended!

The team from AJ Taylors, led by Matt Teal, did a fantastic job for us at the end of April 24.They kept us informed about how the installation would proceed (navigating around the unreliable weather) and explained to us - clearly - how the PV panels would work.They involved us in the proposed routing and layout of the various bits of kit and on completion the ‘nerve centre’ was worthy of admiration.The lads worked purposefully and efficiently and were exceptionally friendly - it was a pleasure to have them around.The work was completed within the proposed timescales and was tidied up and left in excellent order.On completion, being concerned about the strong winds rattling the scaffolding, the Company responded quickly to our concerns raised in an ‘out of hours’ email.Following the brief resume after the installation we had a further visit from Darren who gave us a full explanation of how the system would work and how we could track it. We received full and comprehensive documentation in hard copy form which was followed up electronically.The installation has been fascinating to monitor and has lived up to all the detailed proposals discussed during the early stages with A J Taylors.We can highly recommend A J Taylors as an efficient and caring Company who perform to a very high standard.Also, it is a good feeling to be producing our own renewable energy.On that basis we have recommissioned our hot tub!

I had solar panels and Tesla battery installed and am very pleased with both. A.J. Taylor were first class from being to end and did everything they said they would do. The staff that dealt with me were excellent and the standard of workmanship was also excellent nothing was too much trouble.

From survey to quote stage and then install and fit - just a professional, competitively priced job carried out by experienced electrical contractors who work methodically, fast & clean up after themselves. And the contractors are friendly, happy guys too.

Having found A J Taylor through a Google search and checked out their website, the first plus for me was being able to call the office with my enquiry. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff member who sorted out an appointment for me. The electrician arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine with me, and quickly sorted out the problem. It was good to see he had a young assistant with him who was learning the trade and was given the opportunity to do some of the practical work. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use A J Taylor again when the need arises and would recommend the company.

A J Taylor fitted my solar PV system about 9 years ago. They did an excellent job then and continued to provide superb support since. We wanted to upgrade our outside security lighting but wasn’t sure what to do.So we called A J Taylor Electrical for advice. 3 days later the manager Anthony attended our property and was really helpful and professional and came up with several different options.A week later Joe the engineer turned up and carried out the works. In one word - excellent! Had 2 solar panel systems fitted this summer - the whole job was organised by AJ Taylor including scaffolders, roofers and electricians. Everything was done to high standard and delivered on time. Also had an issue since - faulty inverter - but it was dealt with quickly and no hassle. Sometimes you only find out how good suppliers are when an issue occurs and again the service has been excellent. Also found AJ Taylor very helpful in sorting out the paperwork when claiming FIT. Would certainly recommend.See more
