a very pleasant experience friendly people a quick collection
I have installed Viridian Solar Panels on my roof that have been integrated with 2No. Velux Panels. After having high hopes for them, I have found myself disappointed. Although the Panel look great on the roof. People must be aware that they can allow water to build up behind them, causing mould, damp, and smells to develop on the roof, (see pictures attached). I raised this with the installed, who have informed me that the works have been carried out in line with the training provided by Viridian and that there is nothing wrong with them. I have asked for if Viridian can come out and confirm if the panels have been installed as per the training that they provide but I have been told it is not part of their service. (email from their Product Support Manager). Now as no one is taking responsibility for water standing on my roof, I am forced to write a review to educate others when deciding if these Solar Panels are what they require.
Probably the best in-roof system on the market. We have been installing in-roof systems for nearly 15 years and Viridian solar panels for about 4 years now. Great design.
