I had a new fuse box fitted. The engineers came on time and did an excellent tidy job. I thought the cost was quite expensive but it was explained to me what was involved, with solar panels, FiT meter and batteries, and safety is very important. Well done TGP.

Unfortunately had to have a return visit because one circuit didn't work and we had no lights.

Other than the installation being late on the day everything else was very pleasant. Our battery system is now working and hopefully we see some savings.

Had our fuse board upgraded and also our air source heat pump services, the service was very quick! Great communication throughout.

Scam- Trying to sell elderly customer a new fuse box which they dont require and saying its due to regulations. they clearly dont know the electrical regulations!

I just received your receipt for a 6-way fuse board,the work though not easy, was done with patienceand Professionalism.As dayliight was fading and rain starting to fall thecleaning of the roof panels was postponed, and I was promised someone else would clean them very soon. I am still waiting.

Think Green Partners called last Friday for our annual system check. They found an issue with the inverter and replaced it for free within a week. Excellent service since we signed up!

I also got a cold call from someone claiming to be from this company. Their number turned out to be withheld which is very suspicious. They claimed to be the successor to the firm which installed our solar panels over 10 years ago and that we were due for a refund of some sort from the guarantee. This seems an very unlikely story. They plan to come around to see us in a couple of days - I think this is a visit we shall refuse. I assume they want to tell us our panels need to be replaced and that they will be happy to sell us new ones!

When these guys rang about solar battery, I was skeptical having heard these things before. However, the 2 guys who arrived knew their onions. We had a long debate about economics and it turns out to give a potentially better return than a cash ISA.The installation went well (I wanted the battery outside) and apart from some brick dust, all was neat and tidy.The only glitch was a misunderstanding about payment. The T&C say payment is due after . . . commissioning. To me that means all functions are tested. TGP think otherwise. However the 10 year guarantee and buying on a credit card should look after that.And the price was competitive.See more
