We have just had solar panel fitted by Thermohome ltd. Very impressed with the helpful staff who answered all our questions and explained all we needed to know.

We have today had solar panels installed and all went to plan with an experienced team of fitters. They were happy to answer any questions, even the simple ones, and even installed the app on my phone and gave me instruction on its use. They were considerate, polite and respectful. The office team were very efficient and provided paperwork/certificates immediately on completion. I feel assured that I can contact them if I need any further assistance. Now only time will tell how it goes but certainly 5 stars so far.

Right from my initial enquiry the help and advice I was given regarding my solar panel installation was excellent. Morten was extremely helpful, making suggestions around specific products to help me get the best out of my planned project. The process was all very quick and efficient, and although there were a few snagging/post installation issues, he was always on top of them, ensuring nothing was signed off until it was working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Reliable, professional service from enquiry through to installation and post installation for our project to install solar panels, battery and inverter. The installation team did a very neat job and the system is working brilliantly even in cloudy conditions. Morten has been excellent in calculating both the number and capacity of solar panels, the battery size and why we should go with a particular make of battery and inverter. I'm so impressed with this company that I'm considering using them for Part 2 of increasing our green credentials and reducing our energy costs further by purchasing a Harnitek second generation air source heat pump, to stop burning oil.

We had a 1970s house with cavity walls that had never been insulated. The house would heat up quick, but cool down quicker. Thermohome we're the only company that helped us work out what insulation was best and explain why. They arranged a date, turned up when they said they would, we're done by lunch time and left no mess. Now our heating runs once a day during the winter and the horse stays warm all day.
