Having had poor quality cavity wall insulation done 15yrs ago we were very cautious about getting it replaced and done again. Warmer were excellent at every stage: the surveyor who was careful to do a thorough job and explain recommendations; an efficient crew who did the work; a follow-up visit a few months later to answer further queries. V happy.

The Warmer Group installed loft insulation and an extraction fan under a grant scheme. They were excellent from the start, offering good advice, explaining the process and carrying out the work on the dates agreed. Staff were helpful and friendly and tidied-up when the work was completed.

They completed the renewal of my cavity wall insulation this week in Basingstoke. The team were polite and well mannered and fully dealt with my queries and concerns. The job appeared to be done in a very professional manner.

The surveyor who visited was helpful, addressed all my concerns as a layman, sent through a full information pack with photos of the wall cavities, and better priced than the others who quoted. The installers themselves were efficient, quick (it only took an afternoon!), and left the place very tidy. Small things like they washed away all the brick dust makes the difference. And it's all backed by a 25-year guarantee from a company that's been in business for a lot longer than that - peace of mind!

We had to have the old cavity wall insulation removed and new insulation reinstalled. From the first visit by the surveyor, who explained what was happening with the old insulation, and installation of new insulation everything went smoothly. The team members who did the work were polite, courteous and friendly and tidied up afterwards. All in all, very pleased

I had a cavity wall insulation extract. The team of operators were excellent - they took time and were considerate to ensuring they did a good job in minimising damage to walls and the need for reinstatement. The loft was carefully protected to minimise dust ingress. They were happy to discuss any concerns and worked with me to meet my requirements.Unfortunately, the team have to work with plant and equipment that is no longer fit for purpose. The compressor kept overheating requiring them to stop work and the extract machine was damaged and had leaky pipes causing significant mess outside. In my opinion, the company needs to invest some profits in new tools which appears long overdue.
