Empower Energy/Good Energy - would give 6 stars if possible. Our solar panels needed to be temporarily removed and reinstated. Rob Mays is incredibly knowledgeable, informative and provided superb customer service. The team recommended and seamlessly carried out upgrades and improvements. The onsite team of Carl, Maciej, Chris and Vitaly were knowledgeable, polite, helpful and careful and Pete the electrician was excellent!. The office team of Shelley and Harriet were always helpful and supportive throughout the process . Many thanks to all the team for your help, guidance and support with our system.
Empower were great from start to finish. Initially i had quotes from three providers. Their surveyor, Rob, provided a written quote, backed up by a video explaining the renderings and how it would all look, they quickly followed up by a site visit where we agreed where everything would fit and more importantly, how we could future proof our installation for expansion if we do desire. Booking us in was easy and painless and communication was outstanding throughout. We agreed a date, were told that scaffolding would go up three days before and would be taken down 3 days after. Everything ran to time and sure enough we were clear of scaffolding within 8 days from start to finish. The installation was conducted over two days and was done in a tidy and professional manner. It is rare to get a company who does exactly what they say at every stage, but Empower delivered and we were left really impressed and with a fully working and installed solar system and battery.
Have been working with Empower for over 12 years now. They installed our first 50kWp system at G W Martin in 2013 which did exactly what they promised. They've since expanded it to a 240kWp system which now provides over 30% of our factory's annual electricity.They've also done a great job upgrading our domestic system to 8kW and added a battery. Would strongly recommend.
The work was planned well, we were given all helpful information, and carried out efficiently.
