What a great and local company, one that understands the customer and their foibles! When, in the dead of winter your oil tank floods and your old 90’s boiler, after a good drink of water, decides enough is enough it was a huge relief to have the personal responsiveness, expertise, communication and attention to detail of Stuart and his team at Sugplumb. The patient was returned to interim health by them and marched on for a further few months until complete replacement and upgrade could be arranged by Sugplumb a couple of weeks ago. We were not brave enough to change to an Air source system just yet but a change to a modern condensing boiler with sealed water cylinder was badly needed. The potential for household disruption loomed large on the horizon. However, all was smoothly co-ordinated, communicated, managed and executed painlessly across just 4 days by Neil ably supported by Stuart and his team. So would I recommend Sugplumb? Yes! Wholeheartedly! A job well done.
