I had a query whether my father-in-law's PV inverter was working as he had been advised by another company that it needed replacing 'because the generation meter display was blank'.rather than just sending out an engineer Rayotec were able to suggest a simple diagnosis procedure, which proved the installation was functioning correctly and avoided an unnecessary cost being incurred.
