Rayotec have been brilliant, this is the 2nd year that they have carried out the commercial maintenance for the solar panels at Horlicks Quarter and I'll definitely be contracting them for next year. Rayotec were simply a first class company to deal with from receiving a quote to the installation of a new solar panel inverter and meter. The company were very polite and everything went as smoothly as it could, would definitely recommend this company for any solar panel issues.\

Easy to deal with and great communication with advice

I had a query whether my father-in-law's PV inverter was working as he had been advised by another company that it needed replacing 'because the generation meter display was blank'.rather than just sending out an engineer Rayotec were able to suggest a simple diagnosis procedure, which proved the installation was functioning correctly and avoided an unnecessary cost being incurred.

Rayotec is one of the few organisations with the knowledge and skills to provide maintenance and regular servicing of Solar Thermal Heating installations and this they do very professionally\\n\

So far fine. Prompt dispatch (although DHL did very, very poorly with the actual delivery) BUT I haven't yet installed it so can't really comment. Your chaps on the phone are very helpful though!

The product looks very good and installed easily following the instructions provided. The mats stuck down nicely.The delivery was delayed by two working days, four total days including the weekend, by the courier they used. They should look to using a courier who copes better with peaks.

Excellent staff, both on the phone and in person. Haven't fitted the underfloor heating yet but happy with everything so far.

I ordered an underfloor heating kit (sticky mat) along with insulation tiles. The items ordered arrived the next day. The fitting instructions weren't brilliant but there was enough information (along with a useful video on the Raytec website) to get the job done. Fitting the tiles was easy. Laying the sticky heating mat was mostly easy and wiring the control box was slightly fiddly but OK with the right tools and a methodical approach.Overall, the underfloor heating kit works well and I'm happy to recommend Rayotec.See more

Fitted to summerhouse that we’ve converted to a garden room/office under the carpet and it’s transformed how the building feels. Floors in these buildings are always cold so to get the heat where it’s needed first is the priority. Standard thermostat is great too. Does what is says on the box and so easy to use on manual. Installation was a doddle too. Next day delivery and one phone call to the team to check re electrical issues which answered my questions too. Not expensive so worth every penny.See more
