I selected NGRE Ltd from three other suppliers in the Oxfordshire area. Overall communication was good for the quotation and up to the installation. The panels and electrical connection was all completed in a day, the system was up and running when completed. A few days delay to finish off the work the following week - but no major issues.It was good to have a detailed explanation of the workings from both the Sales manager and the company Owner. I am happy to recommend NGRE on the basis of the installation.
Very happy with the service from NGRE (Greg) throughout.1) Best sales/consultation service - discussed pros/cons/payback and best providers of equipment. Greg was very knowledgeable/honest where he didn't know/helped me check qualifying criteria with energy provider.2) Through equipment delays, kept me informed. Secured latest and best panels and battery to reduce cost and get a higher spec.3) Very efficient installation - installed 20panels in a day.4) All the info on my iPad and phone as promised.5) Follow up service on proving forms/help with registration.Simply excellent.
