I have used Marshall's for years and have always had 5 star service. Recently I had no hot water and they came the same day and problem was resolved. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend without hesitation.

Marshalls do exactly what they say on the tin! They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they arrive when they say they will and do the job properly the first time! Value for money too. We have used them before and will certainly use them again.
Marshall Clean Heat and Power Ltd (formerly Marshall & McCourt Plumbing & Heating Contractors Ltd) completed most radiator installation, but refused to connect our bathroom radiators themselves, blaming a plumber, and tested the system with them clearly disconnected. They damaged and scratched walls throughout the house, showing visible frustration when asked to be careful. They provided screeding but refused to lay it, and flooded our kitchen twice, showing no responsibility. Workers were rude and ignored reasonable requests. They cut the outdoor power cables for our shed without telling us, which my husband only discovered when he returned home. We tried repeatedly to contact Lee, the supervisor, and asked for the promised monthly service reminder, which they refused to provide. Every time we tried to contact the lead, he was “busy,” and nothing was done as agreed; many promises were lies. We do not recommend this company.
Fantastic company We had air source heating installed last year and it’s been great form of heating from our original coal fire back boiler system This last week it went wrong and things went wrong with it (which like anything can happen) But aftercare from Ryan, jason and Rachel all has been amazing, they came straight out and identified the slight issue solved it straight away Cannot thank them enough and it’s really good to know their after care is as good as their installation process Don’t bother going any where else, even if the quote is less expensive, you get what you pay for and that’s a service second to none. Being warm in these winter months is a priority in any home and this company can deliver on it!!
