I chose Logic to instal a replacement heat pump because they were local - within 100 miles! - and had good reviews.Everything from the assessment visit, quotation (with answers to my supplementary questions), the 5 man installation team and a follow up visit were handles with courtesy and competency.I had had a bad experience with the previous (austrian) pump that ceased to function properly over 2 winters until the company ceased to engage with either myself or the engineer. So I am delighted to find a local company.I hope our relationship continues positively

Fast quote and scheduled the work so it was done before I went on holiday, Work was to a high standard and cleaned up after them. Friendly team. Would recommend (indeed, I have today to someone looking for an electrician).

Hi Jen. In response to your email requesting feed back, I would say that the service we received was first class.The team where on site early and worked diligently with the minimum of disruption. They listened to our input and kept us informed about their progress.They where polite and friendly through out the day in spite of it being very cold . The job was finished in good time but when the system was commissioned they made sure we fully under stood the operation of the new equipment. Finaly the site was left in a clean and tidy condition. Thank you for a job well done.

Excellent customer service in fixing the boiler at our holiday property in Keswick. Really helpful and knowledgeable engineers and the customer services department kept us informed about ordering of parts and when the engineers were coming. Highly recommended.

Logic installed our solar panels and batteries. They did a good professional job and when we have had minor issues they have been helpful. Ross was our technician and he worked hard to make our requests work and gave us the choice where options existed.

Needed a new flue for the oil boiler. after one call, I was visited within 24 hours (on a Friday) to assess what was required. I was promised the quote on monday morning which turned up on time. having agreed to the work, a date was set and the engineer turned up at the prescribed time. He was very polite such as seeing if there was a route to the boiler that did not require going through the house. Asked if he could use the loo. Corrected a couple of small things that had not been done during initial installation (by another company). Very pleased. did what they said when they said. will certainly use again

Installation of my Zappi EV car charger went very smoothly, good communication and the installation engineer was good at describing the functions of the Zappi.An all round good experience.
