Work undertaken: Trace short causing RDC to trip
Called LJ this morning, my call was answered, problem explained, and John agreed he or one of his team would attend in afternoon. Matt was on my doorstep early afternoon and proceeded to trace the fault, it was not a straightforward one, it took a bit of tracing but Matt worked methodically through the circuit and found it, fixed it and rendered the circuit safe. It was clear from the moment Matt arrived I was dealing with an electrical professional, he put me at ease and talked me through each stage of the trace. Strongly recommend LJ and will not hesitate to have them back.
