Absolutely first class service from Swift, from our initial interaction with Ross to the installation by Dan and the team we were kept fully informed throughout, even to the point our installation was provided 3 weeks earlier than planned due to another cancellation! There is genuine joy in looking at the app and watching electricity flow back into the Grid. Thanks to Ross, Dan and the team for making this happen, cannot recommend them enough!
We had solar panels, a solar storage battery, an air source heat pump and a hot water cylinder installed at our home by Swift Renewables in March. We had spent months researching the pros and cons of these systems, so that we knew what questions to ask the various renewable energy companies we approached in North Somerset and Bristol. We decided to go with Swift Renewables because of their speedy and comprehensive responses to our email queries and because of their competitive quote. Every member of the team that carried out the installations was extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Their professionalism and workmanship were outstanding.
The team were very efficient and knowledgeable. They made very little mess and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. They also went above and beyond to remedy an issue left by a previous EV installation. We would definitely recommend Swift Renewables to install solar panels.
We have just had an air source heat pump and underfloor heating system, radiators on the first floor and a MVHR unit installed in our new build. The whole Swift team including the office staff have been have been excellent and efficient. We are pleased to reccomend them.
Couldn't be happier with this install from Swift, had solar/battery and a heatpump fitted. Had it about a month now and everything works better than I was expecting. The solar makes more power than I thought it would this time of year. It's just stopped raining in the photo and still making 3.2kw which is more than enough for the house and heatpump which also uses less power than I thought, I just leave it on 22c 24/7 and it heats the whole house better than the boiler did before. Met most of the fitters having both solar/heatpump and they are all very professional, thier work is neat/tidy and they're all friendly and happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone and would be glad to get them back to fit AC in the summer.
