Terrible their gas fitter is not competent to do his job and the plasterer did half a job. I won't be letting them in again.

Absolute joke,fobbed off from the start,waiting in for jobs to be done that had been reported and nobody turned up,then told job had not been logged when I had the email saying it was,jobs which had been done looked like they have been done by a five year old,was booked the surveyor to come out,another morning off work wasted when they never turned up,again,

Arranged appointment for annual electric check for afternoon, I rang them asking kwl to call after pm reception stated yes no problem and she will pass info on to electrician, I get home for 12-40 waiting and time got to 3pm so I thought I would ring to find out what's going on and make sure still coming out. SIMPLE ABS WAS NO IN SOME KIND IF WAY, so I had to rebook reason they was not coming out us that they called at 12-15 and over looked my time apparently can not expect anything else from this company but then again some are from connaught who got finished from doing houses up its about time council drops this company and get qualified staff and a high rated Company to do work on properties that will supply services

Meant to have the 3rd of 5 appointments today between 8 &12 even received emails and txts as reminders...I thought it was going too well, took half a day of work to wait for the plasterer & guess what...suprise suprise NEVER TURNED UP ! this isn't the 1st time either, they must think nobody else works ! Oh and I've been ringing the number on the letter another joke, it just rings & rings till it rings off ! ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE COMPANY

The worst. Everything wrong in education. Can only get textbook on this site. Took weeks to arrive even though I paid for expedited shipping. Would not refund the shipping costs saying 'it's our busiest time of year'. So why offer the service and take people's money?
