We had the external wall insulation completed in our 3 bed home in October 2024. The company has been spot on since day one. Adam was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They were also able to get the Government funding towards the fee. It was a stress free /job with the workers handling all the project. I recommend 100% this company and will be using them again if/when I decide to take on any more jobs in the house.

Scam companyI was called and told that I qualify for grant funding to have outside insulation. They arranged to send a surveyor out to me but one day before survey I get a call informing me that there is no more government funding scheme which I know is untrue and the salesman went on to say do I have any ideas about this as I still need the work to be done. I told him where to jump and I will be reporting to the FCA! No doubt he was going to sell me a finance package! the governments funding if you qualify is available but the government is only working in partnership with trusted companies and information is available on the government website. Please do not be scammed with taking out finance from these people.

It is one of best building company I ever had! Thier service was always on point. They showed up on time every day. Whole day always went smooth, even they cleaned up my house after work. Adam Hinds was so friendly and always make sure that we are happy with all the works. After 16 separate visits over a 5 1/2 month period, this company finally was able to install our solar panels. They misrepresented and were the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their own installers would tell us how they were hiring people who did not know what they were doing, as evidenced by them having to return 16 separate times. They ignored numerous phone calls and would not get back. Only after the threat of legal action and engaging the State Contractors License Board was there a resolution. Only use this company if you want solar installation in the worst way!

My experience with Infinity Energy Organisation Ltd. was absolutely dreadful. The insulation they installed proved to be substandard, resulting in water leaking into my property every time it rains. Their pipework left behind was in a deplorable condition, and they even left debris in my boiler flue, which prompted Gas Safe to issue a series of notices. The lackluster planning and project management also left me with a non-functional window. What's even more frustrating is that, despite the poor quality of their work and the passing of four months since May 2023, they haven't addressed these issues but continue to harass me for final payment. I strongly caution against engaging with this company.

The installation of external wall insulation was completed a lot quicker than I expected given the adverse weather conditions at the time. The quality of the install is top notch and I can only praise the team doing the install - 1st rate.
