Ho’ton heating have been superb. They replaced a boiler for us and they did such a good job we’ve had them back to do our shower, utility and more. They are attentive and friendly. Given we’re deaf and it can be hard to communicate with us - they have been brilliantly adaptive and caring in their approach.

We had a new boiler installed by the company.Neil and the team were very professional whilst maintaining a friendly approachable manner.The installing team were very thorough and went to great lenghts to ensure that everything was up and running and that I understood how everything worked.They did encounter an un-expected issue (not of their making), but they were extremely diligent in resolving the matter with minimum inconvenience or disruption. I would highly recomend Hot'on Heating.
